Quality from Start to Finish
Quality Management shall comprise of formulation of a project - specific Quality Plan and its implementation.
CSS acknowledges the need for quality execution of the project in addition to timely completion.
All project personnel shall be enlightened about the customer's expectations as regards Quality and the means to achieve them.
CSS shall deploy an experienced Quality assurance Engineer for the satisfactory execution of the contract scope of works.
Safety management
Safety management shall form an important & integral part of AAG Project Management.
CSS recognises the need for standard and safe construction methods to be employed for the contract works.
CSS shall deploy a qualified safety officer who will be responsible for managing safety at the construction site along with all other project personnel.
CSS shall formulate a project – specific safety plan and shall implement methods and the ways to ensure safety.
